After New Year's Eve, 2025 kicks off in London with the London's New Year's Day Parade, the grand New Year's Day Parade also known as LNYDP, scheduled for Wednesday, January 1st.

In addition to representatives from London's 32 boroughs, the parade typically features numerous marching bands from around the world, dancers, acrobats, cheerleaders, and musicians, each contributing to make this grand celebration special with 10,000 performers. The purpose of the New Year's Day Parade is to raise funds for charity. The event is free, but there are some paid grandstands at Waterloo Place, near Trafalgar Square, which will open at 12:00 PM, while the grand celebration will take place from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
